Once an order has been approved and sent into production, it cannot be changed as order production is automated and the order may already be in process. If you need to make changes to your order, (including cancellation, modifying the artwork, quantity, data, or shipping method) we will make every effort to complete your request. A processing fee of $25 to $100 may apply depending on the status of the order and the type of change made.
Offline Service Fees
Comark Direct will provide offline services in order to allow you to make changes and adjustments to processed orders. In addition to the change orders listed above, an offline service fee may apply for the following: Order Placement, Manual Art Adjustment, Offline Data Orders, Data Suppression.
Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds are available on orders once an order begins the production process. Once ordered data costs are non-refundable, as data is purchased immediately upon completion of the order. If your order has not been produced, your cancellation will be subject to a $35 fee.. To submit a cancellation request, please contact us by phone at 888.742.0405.
Comark Direct ships orders via FedEx or UPS at it’s sole discretion. By placing an order, you agree that the shipping terms for all Print & Ship and inventory products are FOB Shipping Point. Ownership and responsibility for the products transfers to you immediately upon shipment. You will need to contact the delivery service directly as Comark Direct will not be responsible for late or damaged packages once an order has shipped. No refunds will be given for shipping due to delivery delays or damages, but Comark Direct will make every effort to assist you in contacting the delivery company to request a refund.
Direct Mail Orders
When you place a direct mail order with Comark Direct, you agree to contract our services to produce the mailer and deliver it directly to the United States Postal Service on your behalf and on the date that you select. All mailers are subject to standard USPS deliver times unless otherwise specified. Mail may be delayed in the event of a natural disaster, bad weather or postal office closure.
Comark Direct shall have no responsibility for the early or late delivery of a mailer by the USPS. Comark Direct shall not be responsible if the mail-piece is damaged or otherwise scuffed with “roller-marks” caused during USPS’s automated sorting processes.
Nondisclosure and Privacy
Comark Direct takes data security and privacy very seriously. We will not reuse, sell, disclose information about, or in any way distribute client data that you upload to our site. You can learn more about our privacy policies and standards by visiting www.comarkdirect.com/privacy-policy.
In the event that your order is defective, please contact Comark Direct immediately to request a replacement. Comark Direct may request a return shipment or photos of the damage. If we find that there is a defect, we will replace the order at no cost to you and reship the order by the original shipping method.
Comark Direct makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Comark Direct does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. Comark Direct shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website.
In no event shall Comark Direct or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, incidental damages, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Comark Direct’s Internet site, even if Comark Direct or a Comark Direct authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
